By making a booking, you accept our terms and conditions:

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Arrival from 4:00 p.m. (or by arrangement) and departure or key handover by 10:00 a.m.

PAYMENT & PAYMENT METHODS

After booking, you will receive a booking or reservation confirmation with the transfer details. The deposit is shown separately, as it will be refunded no later than one week after the property has been returned in good condition. A deposit of 50% is payable upon receipt of the booking confirmation; with the remaining amount due 14 days before the start of the rental period. You will receive the account details with the booking confirmation.

DEPOSIT

As mentioned above, a security deposit of €500 is payable upon booking, which will of course be refunded to you. This is intended to cover any damage caused by gross negligence or the loss or theft of interior furnishings, equipment, utensils, appliances, furniture, decorative items, bed linen, or towels. The deposit will be refunded to you no later than one week after the end of your rental period or on the day of departure if paid in cash.

ALL INCLUSIVE

Bed linen and towels are included in our prices and will not be charged separately, but must be left behind when you check out. Our kitchen is equipped with all the essential cooking utensils. Books, a TV, and a collection of games are available for your entertainment. Lots of leisure activities and insider tips await you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who will enter into the contract under the same conditions, the following pro-rata rent (excluding final cleaning) shall be payable as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved, provided that it is not possible to rent the property to another tenant:

TERMINATION:

Up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price

otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period): 100% of the rental price.

If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. Cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is decisive.

INSURANCE

The tenant or their household insurance is liable for any damage caused.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE!

Pets are not allowed, and youth groups and party guests are not welcome.

The above conditions are part of the rental agreement concluded between the landlord and the tenant. By making a booking, the tenant accepts these general terms and conditions for themselves and their fellow travelers.

Conclusion of contract:

The rental agreement is concluded by means of a written booking or telephone booking, stating the relevant booking details (=declaration of intent by the renter). In both cases, the renter will receive a booking confirmation by email (=declaration of intent by the rental company). The contract is only finally concluded when this email is sent, by mutual declaration of intent. The contract is subject to the condition precedent of payment being received on time. Subletting or re-letting is not permitted.
